Jeff Hanson has fished the Madison Chain his entire life. He’s been a professional guide for muskies on the Madison Chain of Lakes for 18 years. From the opener and into October and November, the Madison Chain is his second home. Depending upon the season and weather conditions Jeff fishes Monona, Wingra, Waubesa, Mud and even the Yahara River. He also guides on Twin Valley Lake in Dodgeville. Jeff is also an active member of the Capital City Muskies, Inc. Chapter and has been a Muskie school instructor the last 12 years. Jeff has been an instructor for the Musky Road Rules clinics and schools with Tony Grant and Gregg Thomas and was also featured in the 2011 Musky Road Rules DVD. He’s a frequent guest on Outdoor Horizons morning radio show with Gary Engberg and Tony Puccio! He currently is in 3rd place in Muskies Inc International all-time catch and release with over 2524 Musky caught and released in his career!
